Use Replace Car In Story Mode/Animation Glitch

I use EMF to replace some car in story mod, but sometimes there is glitch happend in story mode mission.
For example:
wrong height-Car floating on the ground
model glitch-door or some part /character in vehicle not display in right place

Except mission, all the replace car are work perfect,but i can't find any solution to fix the animation problem.

I've waited some time and everything was back to normal

@nk950123 the animations and all that stuff involving the main characters' cars in cutscenes are coded specifically for them
