Unable to install custom license plates

I have been trying to install custom license plates for the past hour, but it doesn't work.
I am running all mods on the latest versions.
Here is a video of me installing it, just in case that helps with anything.

@TxnkOwO Which license plates mod are you trying to install? maybe I can help.

@AmazyCrazy it doesn't really matter cuz it doesn't work with any license plate. I tried like 7 different packs and none of them have worked so far.

I think I know why.
Due to the new update, R* placed the vehshare.ytd to the latest patchday folder. I think it's "patchday27" just find the folder and add to your mods folder, and follow this path: "x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf" and search up "vehshare.ytd"
I might've got the path wrong, but I know it's in the latest patchday folder, as I used my modded vehshare.ytd and it worked.
