How to change the dashboard needles color from yellow to blue?

hi everyone do you know how to change the needle color on the dashboard ?
i downloaded this FPIU replace mod for police3:

i replaced the vehicles.meta section and the carvariations.meta for police3 but ingame the dials are working but the needles are yellow and not blue like in the real ford Explorer.
Do you know how to fix this ?
