What mod menu/UI does Kibblz use for his/her NPC Wars?

A link to the menu would be pretty helpful. Is it online or SP?
Is it a mod or a custom UI?There are 3 basic UIs for SP:
do it from scratch (often C++), NativeUI (the standard), LemonUI (the successor to NativeUI).

I have no idea who kibble or whatever or what menus you use, but the mod you linked to clearly says to install nativeui, and that answers the question at least for your link. Nativeui is a tool to create menus.

Making NPCs fight is ridiculously easy. In the video below, sample code, Franklin uses liver hits to subdue his adversaries. This is a great technique for men fighting women, but in the UFC of course.

hahaha thank you , no I'm 27 years old and if you can help me to create mod make me chose ( weapon , peds type , standby time to fight ) that will be really helpfull because all mods are old not working anymore or not good enough

I suppose use the Simple Gang Wars mod, that mod has teams and the such.
Also, when are folks gonna realize that responding to old threads is pointless?
