where do teef files go when installing them into mp freemode characters

Im trying to install this mod but no instructions came with it, and I dont want to install in the wrong spot.

Link? Scarf? You can go into OpenIV and search file name assuming it's a replace. There are also mods allowing you to add clothes or accessories without replacing, so it depends on the mod and what you want.
