Spawning under the map after installing mods

So I've just started to mod GTA 5 and followed all the mods in the description of this video

I have went step by step exactly as their instructions say but I am still spawning under the map, can anyone help with this?

@eth9l9 are you really spawning under the map? More likely a texture loss. Check the mod page comments for possible similar issues and fixes or contact the author, hopefully he's not part of the walking dead.

I've managed to fix it, seems like one of the mods was causing it
