LOD Pop-in after installing and uninstalling YMAP

After installing the Driver's Paradise Remastered YMAP, I have an issue where outside of Michael's house, the tree you face when you leave will become less vegetated/detailed after getting close to it, and the Los Santos downtown skyline pops in when you turn the camera sideways. This LOD pop-in persists when you drive around, as well. I uninstalled the YMAP thinking that would work but unfortunately, this problem has persisted. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
