Having an issue with simple trainer and menyoo when enabling mp maps

Everything is up to date. GTA5, scripthook, simple trainer, and menyoo.
Every time I enable multiplayer maps using simple trainer and menyoo I get a core exception and it crashes. I had this issue last month but all I needed to do was update the simple trainer. There was no more issue but everything is up to date now and it's crashing again. I only have a few mods right now and the only thing that changed since last month when I had it working was adding NVE and a 77 Pontiac Firebird. Update I uninstalled all mods and no more crashing. SO i installed back NVE and noticed the crashing again. What would cause it to crash with NVE?
