mod removal for a photo not uploaded

I uploaded a handling and it was removed because I hadn't uploaded a screenshot, and the photo of a car at the presentation of the mod was removed. but I see that other people have not linked any videos on yuotube and no screenshots and the photo is not from gta5 why then only mine are removed and not theirs?

@THE_K we don't apply newer guidelines to older uploads, for now just follow staff directions when asked, thank you for complying
