Im looking for a tutorial

Im looking for a tutorial for make my own clothing addons pack for install, no replaces.

You probably will have a hard time finding this solution because AFAIK there is no such thing as a clothing addon.
Some creators call their clothes mods "addons" but this is misleading. They just package textures in an OIV, but they are meant as replaces.
An addon for GTA5 means a folder containing a file called dlc.rpf.
There are mods however to add more slots to a ped model so you don't need to replace old clothes with newer ones, but that's as close as you get.
You can also add clothes manually without replacing them in most ped models.
If someone has proof to the contrary, they can post a solution here.
In the video below I added hair and clothes textures, without replacing the existing ones. 1 + 1 = 2

My post clearly says there are mods to add more slots. However the OP wants to place his clothes in an addons pack, also known as dlc.rpf, if I understand the post correctly.
Since you can add, or you can replace, and post says no replaces - that just leaves an addon solution?
So I stand by my original statement. No tutorials, no mods.
If the OP wants to a tutorial on how to add more slots, yep, he can use the link you provided instead.

@JohnFromGWN Ahhh you meant full-blown Add-On like cars, weapons etc, had a hunch. Yep, slots is all we got.

I did, but having said that, not sure what OP wants exactly.
Posts are rarely clear - either a language issue, bad google translations, or just too brief to be understood.
