Does anyone has a fix to memory leak of GTA V? Also Cody196's Super Low PC Mod?

By memory leak, I mean the game loads map but doesn't deletes it once player leaves that area. Something which can fix that.
Plus if someone has Super Low PC Mod latest versions or old versions?

@VRAM128 assets are removed in games by design, to save memory, not a memory leak. You load what the player can see. If you tried to load the entire GTA5 world it would crash instantly. LODs are a similar concept to optimize memory.

@VRAM128 Google? Bing? DuckDuckGo?

@JohnFromGWN Thanks, I will give it a try. And any fix for GTA V storing not needed map portion in memory?

I have no idea if that mod works.
No game renders unnecessary assets in memory. Unfortunately for you GTA5 is a huge open world and requires adequate system requirements to run unmodded and even higher requirements to run modded.
Unless you can upgrade your hardware, avoid large mods and lower your in game visual settings. Either way the experience will suck, kinda like when Crysis was released and most PCs struggled with it.

especially 'extended distance scaling' takes a big chunk of VRAM so avoid that when you have less than 4GB on your GPU or even when you do have more but run a heavily modded game
