Anyone wanna refurbish the GTA 5 tugboat and turn it into a fireboat?

Looking for a fireboat. The tug that spawns inside of the fireboat house in the port of Los Santos will do. That way, when it spawns inside of the structure, it actually makes sense. And we can use it. A cleaned up Civilian version of that tug would be cool also.
