Anime character model Request

There's been this idea I've had in my head for a little bit after getting back into this stuff, but I was wondering if I could request someone to make a model or two for me. Is that allowed or not? Anyways, I was thinking about someone making the main Lucky Star chars to be able to play as them during Free Roam and Races and shit. Just the thought of Tsukasa holding a gun or a cigar is so damn cursed and I would actually really love to see it! No matter what happens, I hope you all have a wonderful day!
