Where's the notification sound located in OpenIV?

I'm trying to replace the original notification sound to one used in GTA IV, but I can't find it, I looked through "frontend.awc" but no luck so far!
Here's what the sound is for those who are confused:
If anyone knows, do tell!

Fairly sure it's a generated sound created inside .rel files meaning you can't replace it as it's not an audio file
