New Installation of Mods - Crash to Desktop on Loading Story Mode

On one of my PCs, the game crashes to desktop without a clear error.

OpenIV.log shows this at the end:

29/09/2022 12:20:59.883 [20032] TRACE: [fiPackfile::openArchive] 'dlc_mpChristmas2018:/x64/anim/cutscene/cuts_arena.rpf'

I deleted update.rpf and update2.rpf and reinstalled the graphics mods and everything but it still crashes - black screen then CTD.

I renamed the 'mods' folder and it loads so the culprit is the mods folder but how to diagnose the issue?

OpenIV.log doesn't show it's a specific dlc.rpf.
