Help. I downloaded VisualV / OpenIV, getting "You are attempting to access GTA Online servers with an altered version of the game." alert.

I installed OpenIV and VisualV graphics mods 2 months ago, then I go on GTA V and get "ALERT: You are attempting to access GTA Online servers with an altered version of the game", so I retraced my steps from the linked video and uninstalled every file I installed for the mod. Upon trying to play GTA V, it said some files were corrupted, I'm currently reinstalling GTA V to see if it'll fix anything. If reinstalling the game didn't work, how can I fix this?
