Rockstar Launcher Offline mode

My gta was working fine yesterday, but today it happened that rockstar launcher kept loading, and then showed the offline mode error. I have turned all my antiviruses and firewall off. When I run the game with my mobile hotspot, it works fine. But when I switch to my wifi, it goes into offline mode. Even the social club website doesnt load. Does anyone have a fix to it?
