Please Help fix ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2 Failed Zlib Call

As soon as I try to change the color paint of any car, the game would crash instantly with ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2 Failed Zlib Call. The game runs for few minutes it will crash. Happens after installed NVE (NaturalVision Evolved). I already uninstalled NVE but still get the same error. I verify the game data, restart the game, restart PC, reinstalled the entire game, none of these works. I've updated everything like ScriptHook, ScriptHookDotNet, HeapAdjuster, PackfileLimitAdjuster, WeaponLimitsAdjuster, gameconfig, dlclist latest version was installed in the correct location. Try to fix this for months. I checked my dlcpacks all of them are legit clean. My movie production has been stopped because of this error. Please help.
