FPS loss with NVE?

Hey I have an i9 10900k and a RTX3070ti OC with 16 GB.

I have app. 60 replace cars, Street Retextures and white lights, ENB Medium Preset and NVE. Before I installed all of these mods I had more than 90 FPS with 4K resolution with very high settings and now I have 45-50 FPS with 1080x1920. What is dropping my FPS?
