Replaced lspdfr police vehicles not showing only standard vehicles.

I have tried deleting gta5 and starting fresh 8 times already, I have taken .yrs files ext and put them in patchday 25ng. I haven’t seen any of the vehicles I’ve installed in the game. I’m also not getting any trainers to work. I follow strict protocol when nodding my lspdfr game so Ik it isn’t anything I’m doing.
