Changing Default Wheels

Tried searching around but can only find posts from 4 or so years ago.
I am wanting to change the default spawn wheels on a few add on vehicles but cant figure out if someone has worked a way without getting into zmodeler as most models are locked nowadays.

You don't, the wheels are part of the model. The only way around it is by having some sort of script that finds each one when it spawns and changes the wheel to some tuning option. That would however be very memory intensive and likely have a negative effect on frame rate, especially if the vehicle spawns ambiently.
