Does any modders do private commision ?

Heya,

So i want to port a character from Warframe named Umbra Excalibur ( there's rigged model from the game aswell ) but i don't know any modders who does this as a private commision? , the last modder i work with... well he removed the signature neck scarf of the character and starts being very aggressive and insulting when i call him out for it, it's a long story sadly.
