Textures Disappearing

When I spawn 20+ addon cars, the game textures start blurring and then disappearing.
Is there any fix for this?
Actvating "Decreased Ped/Vehicle Population" in Menyoo helps, but doesn't fix the problem.Mods I have installed:
ScriptHookV

Menyoo
Game config for limitless vehicles
Heap Adjuster set at 2048mb (max value)
fwBoxStreamerVariable and decals limit patch
Packfile Limit Adjuster
Weapon Limits Adjuster

And Lots of Addon cars

yes, do not spawn that many add-on cars, the game can't handle them well
especially not when they are without LODs, have non-optimized textures with 4K or not POT and high polygon models

@ReNNie Thanks for helping, but that doesn't fix it. Spawn a lot of "real-life" cars is all I want in the first place...
