Problem with adding Gun Sounds

So i have not been playing GTA for awhile, just got back and modded everything up again to perfection , but i cant seem to replace the weapon sounds anymore like i used to ? Any help is much appreciated

The file to replace or modify is located here GTAVROOT>x64>audio>sfx>[WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf]
I recommend this mod Realistic Weapon Sounds 4.1
Just replace your WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf with theirs.
If you modify your own sounds, make sure to use "Archive Fix" on your .rpf
