[Vehicle] 2014 and 2021 K13 Nissan Micra (w/ Facelifts)

Can someone make a 2014 (global) and a 2021 (Latin American model) of the K13 Nissan Micra into GTA 5 with tuning, customization and extras available pls? Unless if someone is able to make these bumpers, exterior and interior parts interchangeable instead of making the two models separate would be great!
Also make this an add-on instead of replacing an existing model.
2014-2020? (Globally, although this model was still in production in some countries until 2020)
