[Script Request] Cartoony Muzzle flash effect from the side mission "Grass Roots - Trevor" on every gun.

During the mission, Trevor's assault shotgun has a muzzle effect that consists of clouds and symbols instead of the normal flash. I haven't found any trainer or mod that contains the ability to activate this effect outside the mission.
The ability to toggle it on and off would be nice.
