I would like to know why the textures are falling off, even though the computer performance is fine.I have an i7 10700 with 32GB memory GeForce RTX 3070 and the textures are buggy, I have had this problem for a long time, I have played with the registry and it does not work and I do not know how to fix it. Can anyone help me?

Actually the computer performance is not fine if you're experiencing texture loss. And why would playing with the Windows registry have anything, even remotely, to do with modding?
Assuming we're talking SP and not streaming textures online, either your hardware is being pushed to its limits or you have a quantity or quality problem. You're loading too many mods, spawning too many entities, and/or loading assets that are sucking up all your memory such as high resolution textures and high polygon count 3d models.
I recently posted a video to demonstrate you can spawn quite a few peds without crashing depending on circumstances. But keep pushing it and you'll see a sharp drop in FPS together with or followed by texture losses and eventually a frozen game or CTD.

@BIG-YOSHIKI It will be both System and GPU memory. Based on your specs, you should be in great shape.
But there are other factors such as the visual settings (in game), having updated video drivers, use of visual mods and ENBs that could adversely impact FPS/performance/texture loss. Even a HDD or SSD that is almost full can be part of the problem.
From my own experience, and others can chime in, I will experience texture loss from spawning way too many cars or peds or MLOs. The location on the map comes into play as well. Add a huge map or Forests of San Andreas and you will possibly get FPS drops followed by the texture loss.
You haven't been specific as to what mods you have installed, how your game is configured, what does "buggy textures" mean and if the issue is all over the map or in certain areas of the map.
