[Solved] Probably Memory problem

Hi to all, during the mission of Trevor when I have to go at O'neil Farm, the game spawn some peoples and crash with this error...... a new guard page for the stack cannot be created. Have someone experience that error? There's a fix? Or something to be configured?

@davrsmania uninstall any ped mods, and see if it goes away.

Unfortunately, I haven't ped mods.

Little update, I have uninstall all .net framework and reinstall a fresh .net. Now in the same point, the game exit but without the error.
Any suggestion?

I solved in the most drastic way, a fresh installation of GTA V. Thanks anyway Foxtrot.
