Rage Plugin Hook is starting GTAV from steam

i have problems with Rage Plugin Hook and LSPDFR. Rage Plugin Hook is launching game from Steam. I bought and installed GTA V from disc and not from Steam. Please help

Let me rephrase, that's not possible.
If the game is launching from Steam it's because you or someone using your computer added it to the Steam library.
If the game is auto launching when you open Steam, all by itself without user intervention, then it's clear and unequivocally a case of demonic possession requiring the SA clergy to intervene with a game exorcism.
