How to add a URL to the description field of a mod

@BIG-YOSHIKI Like this:
- <b>PUT YOUR INTRODUCTION TEXT HERE</b>: <a href="PUT YOUR URL/LINK HERE" target="_blank">PUT HERE THE TEXT THAT WILL BE SHOWN INSTEAD OF THE LINK</a>
Copypaste the code above to your description and edit it according to your needs.

It is too simple to translate well, so I will use the image again, but I would like to ask you how to light up the URL of a page so that I can just click on it and go to that page. If you can convey 100% of what I am trying to convey and this is how you do it, I would like to know more about it.

@BIG-YOSHIKI Read again my first comment. I literally told you how there.

What @Reyser has posted is what you put in the description box. I've never uploaded anything or used the upload form, but this is basic html.
If you want an "unordered list" and if you want to bold each line, I think something like this should work.
Again, I can't preview since I'm not uploading but you can test yourself.
<b>Requirements: <ul> <li><a href="https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v">Script Hook V</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net">Script Hook V. NET</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/dashhook">DashHook</a></li> </ul> </b>
