Have to admit the instructions are total garbage.
They are 100% correct and 100% useless for someone who doesn't use objects and Simple Trainer.To Install just drag an drop the objects file to you GTA 5 folder, you can change the name from objects1 - objects4 if you already have something under objects.The author is referring to the GTA5 folder, not a folder in the download. If you look at the comments section, you can see this mod requires Simple Trainer.
Author is saying to place the objects.ini file in the root/game folder where GTA5.exe is located.you use this mod to load it https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav go the objects and choose load objects from .ini files and choose objects.ini

But every time if I install any mod it downloads just one RAR file like aaff8b- TrainerV instead of a folder, and no .ini files

Nevermind, I got it, I just had to instal 7zip and Extract the file
But thanks for the help, I hope I didnt waste your time
