export ydd of addon ped

in addon ped(which has ydd,yft,ymt,ytd) and ydd includes multiple files for examples (hand_000_r/head_000_r/uppr_000_u and lowr_000_u) so if i want to export uppr_000_u , how can i export it? If anyone have idea please suggest me. thanks)

@Ahad-ali3 you can't simply drop a picture from your computer, use an external pic hoster like imgur.com to upload it and then use the link in your post
