Modify bullet velocity is possible on GTA V?

I just asking before do, it possible to change to DELEY_HIT and change SPEED will it work on weapon.meta file? Just confirm to me if anyone tried before, I would do it.

Or you could just try it for yourself. Shouldn’t need someone to test and tell you something that you could do yourself.
