Game not detecting addons cars

I have problem with any addon car, when i add them to mods folder, any trainer doesn't detect this car. Anyone know how to fix that? Any solution I found i the Internet doesn't work

I have the same problem, I can't refresh the newly added DLC vehicle using the Menyoo modifier, but updating the previous DLC vehicle can refresh out
