Unable to select certain options for MP clothes (and cannot get rid of snow)

I tried scrolling through the clothing options on multiple trainers (Menyoo, Rampage, Simple), but I get stopped at random points. I have no idea how to fix it, and I've been looking all around. Here are some I found:
Hats: 173 to 180
Ear Pieces: 42 onwards
Watches: Just 45
Bangles: Just 10
Beard/Mask: 209 to 213
Legs: 144 to 150
Shoes: 102 to 110
Accessory/Tops: 189 to 192
Tops2 (Outer): 393 to 421As a bonus problem, I can't get rid of the snow at all. I don't want the snow.

As for snow, I wish I could get rid of it too, most of North America feels the same way.
Get yourself a shovel, that's the only way to get rid of it.

The clothes work now after removing mpg9ec, mpsum2_g9ec, andpatchday27g9ecng in the dlclist.xml, though I don't know if it got rid of any clothing options.
Also, the snow issue was fixed by disabling it via the Rampage trainer.
