Addon cars not spawning in SP

I'm new to modding singleplayer and I installed a few car models and followed the steps of installing The other mods like ScriptHook/Heap/Simple trainer/OpenIV and I successfully tried a few cars but some don't spawn for some reason please help, I made sure I installed them correctly.

@Grgoor Did you add them in the dlclist?

Yes I did and I checked the file names and README files on some models but they still don't spawn and in the bottom, it says the vehicle spawned but it doesn't show up

@Grgoor Does the trainer let you spawn GTAO vehicles? If not then try out a different trainer that bypasses the block to prevent non SP vehicles from being in SP. (Rampage is one of them)
