Not able to use any mods in story mode

Im new to Grand Theft Auto 5 Modding, and I cannot seem to use the mod "Menyoo" no matter what, if im in story mode it always comes up with this stupid error that says
"You are attempting to access gta online servers with an altered version of the game"
can someone help me out?
