As we all know, the firefighters in GTA 5 are stupid. They proceed slowly, arrive late, their extinguishing ability is very limited, they run away as soon as something happens, they try to extinguish burning surfaces instead of vehicles, their vehicles burn easily, and the firefighters themselves also burn very easily.
Is there any mod that makes them smarter or solves other problems I mentioned?

This would be a great improvement. They are a mess when I call them using LSPDFR. As a soon to be retired firefighter of over 30 years, I can technically advise a modder who wants to do this.
