Incress Ped Pool for Inifiant Addon Peds for Custome Gameconfg

HI I am trying to figure out how to incress the ped Pool so I can be able to add infaint number of peds to GTA V I done it before But I am having a Hard time remembering what Line I did to edit to incress the pool size
