Can i made my own house?

Hi, I'm new here, I don't know how this works, but I've arrived thanks to YouTube and I've been looking hard for how to design, create, my own house in GTA V. with my own dimensions and decorations and spaces.
is this possible? How do I do it and what do I need? In case I can, after creating it can I play online with my friends to show it off?
