Need fixed link for "Amarrar Pedestres" mod

Hello! Does anyone have a fixed link for the mod "Amarrar Pedestres"? I found this mod today and it looked really cool, but the link sends you to an adblock website and its impossible to use. Does anyone have a mediafire link, or the files itself for the mod that I can use? The mod creator is brazillian and doesnt upload to 5mods, and it doesnt look like hes responded to anyone since like 2017. thanks!
