Parts of a YMap I deleted months ago are popping up in my world map How to delete

There's a intersection near Rockford Plaza that has a Huge Chunk of what I think is the Cyberpunk Grand City YMap popping up when i drive near there and it stops traffic.
I've looked through all my custom_maps files and I can't see anything that's related to the mod.
Any ideas of what to do or where to check next thanks!
