*This Thread is being Monitored*@Matt For one, Online modding and discussion about that is not allowed on this website, Secondly online mods don't work that way , unless rockstar server or other players also have that mask. that mask will not appear for them. it would be only your character and only you will be able to see the mask. No one online will be able to see it. as it is on your hard drive. and not on the main online server!
if you want it so badly, please leave an email for rockstar personnel , in suggestion box. they are more than capable of doing it , if so they decide.

All of this is true and should be listened to if you don't want to stop playing Online.

The thread title doesn't indicate this is for online and all I can see is one comment that says "it would be funny for online".
As long as the thread doesn't begin to implicitly state that this is intended for online use only, I don't feel justified to be the one locking it. If @rappo or @GTATerminal feels that I am being too lenient, then they will take the action they see fit.
I think we have to be careful that simply mentioning online doesn't constitute implicit intent... otherwise anybody that asks about using any mod online is going to result in a thread being locked.
It's a fine line, so I would suggest to @Matt, if you want to keep the topic active, focus on the request, not on your desired use of it, otherwise there will be no other option I'm afraid.
However, yes... this thread is now being monitored.

@Matt Someone made a whole trump skin but sadly not public
It would actually be a lot of work you need to pay for software, make it from scratch it would take hours and it would need to fit the characters face have correct textures and lods

thought so plus i spent 2 grand on my rig it's bad enough i got banned from online as it is

He's a moderator, and moderators can lock threads if the thread is against community rules.
