[SCRIPT] Turbo sound sccording to RPM

Would it be possible to make a turbo mod that goes according to the rpm?
For example, the turbo sound file is 2-3 seconds long, if you rev the car and let go the whole audio is played, but if you press the gas again the audio is cut and only a portion of it is played.
If you press "W", the audio file is stopped and when you let go the audio plays from the beginning.
When you let go for only 1 sec and then press again it would sound like a sneeze, and if you would let all the audio file play it would be that long "stutututu" flutter.
