How many mods can I use on PS5?

I'm new to GTA5 mod and was looking to see how many different types of mods can I use on PS5. I saw some nice mods on YT for better graphics and shadows and some more car additions.

I did some research but it seems like the graphics mod for PS5 is locked down by Sony. If that's the case what's a good USB Mod Menu that I can use with other mods.
