Having trouble increasing vehicle speed

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could assist me or give me advice on how to increase a vehicles speed? I've changed fmass to be slightly lower, increased fInitialDriveMaxFlatVel and the vehicle doesn't go any faster, whatsoever.

Initialdriveforce should be increased a bit. Higher number of gears 5-7. Tractioncurvemin and tractioncurvemax higher a bit. It did it for me. Try it.
