Playable Golf

So maybe my previous request was too far fetched. I can simplify what i'm asking. its more so how would we be able to get the player to set up and be able to hit a ball anywhere say at the beach into the ocean or something. I've seen it done with fishing, i feel like it could be a similar approach. Does anyone know where i can find the golf files?
