Add on maps not loading in game

Hello everyone,
i've tried to install custom map from @xXKushXx https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/kushdrift
and some other add on maps but when i load in game map is not showing, i see it on mini map but it is not there.
i have done all steps correctly and tried multiple times but it is the same result.
dlclist.xml line is correct
i have installed all asi manager plugins for open iv
i tried with different gameconfig and it doesnt help.
i did fresh install recently and i have latest scripthook v and no other mods exept enhanced native trainer and manual transmission mod

@johnnySao If you installed them correctly, then it would appear agreed?
Post your dlclist.xml line and a screenshot of your root/game folder would help.
Also make sure you have the folder (the one containing the dlc.rpf) with your dlcpacks folder.

I carefully followed steps in (ReadMe.txt) file and tried couple of times and it didnt work maps just wont load in game

@johnnySao You have an epic game store file, but you seem to be missing files. Is this a pirated game?
I didn't look at all your screenshots because your dlcpacks aren't installed properly.
you have them in
mods\x64\dlcpacks- which is ok if you change the path in dlclist.xml, but you haven't done thatso game is expecting them at:
\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacksp.s. although not the problem, you need to install the packfile limit adjuster mod, especially if you intend to install vehicles

Game is not pirated,it is from epic games store installed 10 days ago.
I see the mistake i did in the mods folder now, thanks for pointing that out.
I made correction to Mods folder and mods are loading now.
Sorry for wasting your time with so obvious mistake, i guess i dint play this game for a long time and i forgot how to mod.
