[Vehicle Tweak] No Radio On Bikes (Not a Script)

I've noticed that people think that people are annoyed with the radios being on bikes when they don't visibly have a radio. Well, since a bunch of cars have "default radio stations" according to the wiki, that means it may be possible to have the default for all the bikes to be set to off. So other cars will have default radio stations, but not bikes. Or just turn it off altogether, maybe.
