@Dislike_meter thanks, this was driving me crazy and it took 2 years to finally download it.
Another tutorial on how to download OpenIV would be useful. That's my next challenge.

If your using Chrome check the website permissions and look for the "Pop-ups and redirects" setting and set it to allow.
